Julian Meneses, CEO of STRATEGIIO, is an expert in anticipation and risk management with 26 years of experience. He has worked with more than 100 organizations in 11 countries, including USAID, Bayer, and the Red Cross. A Captain in the Reserve of the National Police of Colombia and a member of the World Futures Studies Federation, he has been a professor since 1998, teaching strategic planning and foresight at universities in Colombia and abroad.

He is the designer of tools such as Alexandros, HanniBaal, and Aquiles, and holds 14 intellectual property registrations in anticipatory analytics.
Julian leads a team of analysts and a network of partners across Latin America and several European countries.
